Every person needs specific daily calories based on his or her age, sex, weight, height, and level of activity.

These daily calories should have consumable proteins, carbohydrates, fats, etc.

Experience and research have proved people who take different diet or take fewer calories can get emaciated, and have their body mass index reduced. That is not recommended.
