What type of dress should you wear?
A person cannot be disciplined for any dress code in case dress code reflects culture.

The dress should be loose-fitting.
The dress should be changed every day and should be washed properly.
It is the duty of the state system to provide clothes and laundry needs.

When can a person be disciplined or punished?
A person can be disciplined or punished for lying, bad behavior, or incompetence.
One proof of incompetence is inability to reply to questions.

Any person on emergency duty in the state should prominently display an identity card, emergency sign, and emergency clothing.

A medical doctor on emergency should wear an apron, so that public knows he/she is on emergency duty and can be approached and asked questions.
