They can't own a building and give same building for rent while depriving others of their basic human rights. Police, as well as courts locally as well as globally, are alerted about the same. At the same time, every human being has a right to live in a 200 sq feet habitable dwelling and own it. Is it the responsibility of the city, county, state, or federal administration to construct such multipurpose builldings? That is debatable. They can hire services of consultants and contractors.
