In-Flight Department

An air operator shall include:

    * In-Flight Department name, ie: Cabin Services, In-Flight Services, On-Board Services, etc.
    * An organizational chart showing the reporting structure of the In-Flight Department to the entire organization, as well as the reporting structure within the In-Flight Department
    * A job description for each operational individual ie: Chief Flight Attendant, In-Charge Flight attendant, Flight attendant
    * Flight Attendant Competency
