Chicken curry


Edible oil (500ml)
Chicken (4lbs/2chicken)
Onions (2 big onion or 5)

Fry for 15 minutes

Add Ginger ground 5 tsf
Add Garlic ground 5 tsf
Chilli
Curry powder 56 grams(turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom)

Stirring every 3 to 5 minutes

Add Water 1000 ml
Boil for 30 minutes stir every 3-5 minutes.
Total time 1 hour.
Servings 16.
8 days 2 meals per day plain rice with chicken curry on one plate plain rice per person.
Servings 1 person for 8 days. 2 servings per day.
