I can make them knowledgeable. They cannot make me knowledgeable. I was asked to list the soft skills and hard skills that I have developed on the computer and internet. This will get recognized with credits and reimbursement. In 2004, a claims specialist at a Social Security government department told me this. The same issues were transferred to the Illinois Department of Human Services. In 2018, a case worker at the Illinois Department of Human Services told me this grant was for me. What have been I doing for the past 21 years, from 1999 to 2021, in Chicago, Illinois, United States?

I spend on average 56 hours per week doing research.
I do this every day using the computer and Internet.
I author relevant questions and answers required for professional guidelines.
The output of my research is evidenced at: www.qureshiuniversity.com/professionsworld.html

See the 1269 academic projects I completed before May 29, 2021.

I can guide 19 specific types of physicians.
I can teach clients on 60 categories of skills.
This is in addition to guiding specific lawyers, teachers, engineers, administrators, and governors or the equivalent.

At least 50 or more government departments of health in the United States and 333 government departments of health worldwide or the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services on or before May 29, 2021, were not able to display similar or better guidelines in a question-and-answer format required for every existing specific physician, aspiring specific physician, and healthcare executive the way Asif Qureshi, MD, has authored and displayed them. This justifies reimbursement, executive income, earned income, retroactive credits, and a plan of action for the future.

I have been a licensed physician since 1993.
When I was interviewed for a physician’s license, I was told this does not need to be renewed. My license was based on 4.5 years of medical college education for a specific physician, a 1-year internship in internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and electives, and 2 years of medical residency in an 814-bed hospital in internal medicine with various super specialties like cardiology, endocrinology, pulmonary medicine, oncology, critical care, medical emergency room, gastroenterology, and neurology. In addition, I have a service record with more than 4 years as an emergency medicine physician.
Relevant documents have been enclosed. I have 21 years of research experience in Chicago, Illinois, United States: www.qureshiunviersity.com/physicians.html

I am proud to be guiding others through my home office via the internet. For example, the resources at: www.qureshiuniversity.com/physicians.html and www.qureshiuniversity.com/departments.html.
These resources have guidelines for 147 government departments. At this point, income and remuneration are issues.

Who evaluated my credentials in the United States?
According to World Education Services based in New York and Chicago, Asif Qureshi (date of birth March 30, 1967) has the United States’ equivalent of a Doctor of Medicine.
You can verify this with World Education Services in New York and Chicago.
If you are looking at any different database to verify my credentials for physician licensure, remind them of these facts.

In Chicago, Illinois, I was told you can make others knowledgeable. They cannot make you knowledgeable. Further medical residency or fellowship is not required for me based on these facts. I need to use my soft skills and hard skills so that others can learn from me, for which I will be given a computer with the internet and further resources.

Job issues relevant to my abilities, experiences, and goals mean I need a computer and internet to conduct the research that I do. This work involves lots of expenses. These expenses need to be mobilized from the government.

Regarding the research I have accomplished relevant to specific physicians in the United States in Chicago, Illinois, no other specific physician in Chicago has such vast experience of research. I have done research for 21 years in Chicago, Illinois.
