Firni

Ingredients:
Milk 500 ml
Sugar 4 teaspoons
Soji 4 teaspoons
Cardamon 6
Container 8 Inches by 4 Inches
Method
Heat Ingredients for 5 minutes in 8 by 3 Inches frying pan.
Stir continously.
Put in freezer for 30 minutes
Consume after 30 minutes


Or

1/2 Cup Basmati Rice
1/2 Gallon Whole Milk
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
1/4 cup almond meal (Red Mills) or finely ground blanched almonds (see below)
1/2 tsp Cardamoms seeds
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Saffron threads
1/4 cup almonds, slivered
1/4 cup raisins

Milk 1 Gallon
Sugar 10 teaspoons
Soji 10 teaspoons
Vanila 10 drops
Condensed milk(100ml)

Stir and boil usually for 15 minutes(High heat large oven location)
Cool in freezer for 95 minutes or cool in refigerator shelf for 5 hours.
