Here is another issue.
 
On July 11, 2012, it was reported on two occasions that there was evidence
of someone urinating in the elevator on the north side of the building.
 
If this is true, it is an example of a lack of social inhibition, a
medical emergency.
 
Who reported the incident?
 
Did anyone witness the incident? Who?
 
What is the profile of the reporting person?
 
What is the profile of the person who witnessed the incident?
 
If no one witnessed the incident, was it sprinkled water/liquid or real
urine?
 
Who tested the samples?
