Sheila Rivers:

I am writing to you after we met on July 25, 2012.

If you come across terminology like low-income and trust fund, it
indicates that harmful people have infested the system. If you come across
limited partnerships in housing, it means that harmful people have
infested the system. As a matter of fact, all limited partnerships in
housing should be dissolved. The state department of housing and
development can fulfill and serve people in a better manner.

Here is an example.
I will create a trust fund and people from all over the world will donate
money. Will this fund enhance the economy and budget?
No, it will not.

In fact, this activity will harm the economy, budget, and rights. People
are intentionally deprived of their rights and then, based on flawed
logistics, schemes are implemented.

Why do people get involved in such activities?

Due to their lack of skills and knowledge of the economy and budget.

If people have a correct understanding of the economy, budget, and rights,
they will never use terms like funding, funds, finance, loan, cash, below
the poverty line or daily wage-earners, low-income, or trust fund.

You can forward these relevant questions displayed here; otherwise, they
will help maintain the criminal silence.

Please forward these questions with enclosure to the Chicago low-income
housing trust fund and all involved.

How did you verify the education level and competence of those involved
with the Chicago low-income housing trust fund?

Are they able to answer relevant questions?

These are public buildings that have to be utilized in the best interest
of people.
Ownership rights means no rent.
I reiterate: ownership rights belong to inhabitants. Ownership rights
means no rent.

These issues need to be forwarded to all.
There should be no rent.

What did you understand after reading these facts?

Questions you need to answer.

How do you define state economy?
How do you define a state budget?
What are the essential ingredients of an economy?
What are the basic human rights?
What is the Essential Commodities Act?
What is the Essential Services Maintenance Act?
