Rice Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups (300 ml) of whole milk
2 1/2 cups (600 ml) of uncooked short grain white rice
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1 1/2 cups (250 ml) sugar
2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/3 cup (40 grams) raisins

INSTRUCTIONS

Place milk, rice, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until sugar has dissolved. Lower heat to a bare simmer and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender and mixture thickens, about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla or almond extract. Taste, adding additional sugar or toppings as desired.

Freezer

60-65 minutes should do it.
