Professionals at Risk

This program provides the opportunity for consultation, evaluation, and treatment of individuals who are at risk for inappropriate sexual conduct or other boundary violations with those with whom they have a professional relationship.
Typically these are:
Physicians
Therapists
Teachers
Clergy
Lawyers
Managers
Supervisors

The focus of the work is on alleged or identified:
Sexual abuse
Sexual exploitation
Sexual harassment
Other sexually inappropriate behavior
Other boundary violations

The first goal, and most important, of the program is to help organizations to protect those they serve (e.g., patients, clients, employees, students, or parishioners) from sexual abuse, harassment or other boundary violations. The second goal is to provide comprehensive evaluation of professionals with regard to sexually inappropriate conduct or boundary violations. The third goal is to provide treatment and rehabilitation to professionals at risk for sexual misconduct or boundary violations to help them conduct their professional duties in a safe and ethical manner.
