Whipped Cream
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 16 servings
1 cup heavy cream (500 ml)
1/4 cup sugar (250ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
1.In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks are just about to form. Beat in vanilla and sugar until peaks form. Make sure not to over-beat, cream will then become lumpy and butter-like.

Whipped cream or Crème Chantilly are a popular topping for desserts such as pie, ice cream, cupcakes, cake, milkshakes and puddings.
