Yellow Dal
Ingredients:
Dal 500ml
2TSF Salt
Onions 1
Edible oil 100 ml
1 tsf each chillies, turmeric, cumin, corrindar,
2 TSF Garlic ginger past

Method:

Soak yellow dal in 1000 ml warm water 8inches by 8 inches utensil for 1 hour.
Fry 1 onion pieces in 100 ml edible oil.
Add all spices 30grams.
Add 2 tsf garlic and ginger paste
Add soaked dal.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Boil again for 2 minutes
Simmer for 10 minutes.
You can add corindar
Consume with 2 pieces of Naan or bread for breakfast.
For lunch or dinner
1 plate plain rice and curry.
