How should you do a quick assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a person reported as a human pregnancy medical emergency?

What medical history and physical examination is required in a pregnancy emergency?

When was the first day of the patient's last menstrual period?
What is the patient's due date?
How do you calculate human pregnancy due date?
How many pregnancies has the patient had, including any abortions or miscarriages?
Has the patient ever had an ectopic pregnancy or pelvic inflammatory disease?

Is there a possibility of multiple births?
What is the ethnicity of the female?
Where is the spouse of the female and what are his name, age, and profile?
Are there any controversies, disputes, or claims?
Is this pregnancy from her genuine spouse without any controversies, conspiracies, disputes, or claims?
Where are the patient's parents and other family members?
Where and when did the patient have prenatal or pre-pregnancy medical consultations?
What is the profile, mailing address, contact information of such people or establishment?

Is it a medico legal case?
Where should you report about a medico legal case?
Is medical termination of pregnancy applicable to this scenario?
Does this need emergency contraception or medical termination of pregnancy?
Who will do the procedure, if required?
Will this be normal delivery, episiotomy, other methods, or Cesarean?
