What should happen before any posting, transfer, oath ceremony, or beginning of duty of a judicial officer, judge, or adjudicator in the state? These objections and issues are being stated on September 19, 2011. On September 15, 2011, the Registrar General of the High Court of Kashmir (J&K) issued some postings and transfers of judicial officers and judges without answering relevant questions publicly. On September 18, 2011, it was declared that the acting chief justice of Kashmir (J&K)had taken the oath without answering relevant questions publicly. These whimsical, unreasonable, and incompetent activities are harmful to the public. Experience has revealed in certain situations that these activities and moves are designed to inflict intentional and malicious harms through dishonest, and incompetent judicial officers, judges, or adjudicators in the state. Any new judicial officer, judge, or adjudicator must display answers to relevant questions publicly before their transfer, posting, or any oath ceremony in the state. People must verify that they practice answers to relevant questions. I/we do not know if they know and can answer basic questions of law and justice. The public, advocates, lawyers, attorneys, and others should have confidence in the competence and integrity of new judicial officers, judges, or adjudicators. Have the new judicial officers, judges, or adjudicators answered relevant questions? Questions they need to answer publicly have been displayed clearly. Take a look at this. All their directives are invalid if they do not answer relevant questions publicly and correctly before beginning any duty. What did you understand after reading these facts? Most of the people pretend not to understand the facts. |
