How should various departments in the state and outside enlist skills and
knowledge, products and services essential to the economy of the state or
outside the state? You should be able to elaborate on every heading. Skills and knowledge are essential ingredients of the economy. Products and services are essential ingredients of the economy. Presence outside the state. Presence in the state. Presence in the state and outside the state. Presence outside the state and enhancing the state's economy and budget. Fraudulently placed in the state with no relevant skills and knowledge. Illiterate without any skills and knowledge, products and services. Old-age disability. Intentional enforced harms. Reversible disability. Partial disability. Complete disability. Let's examine the employed and unemployed. A bad charactered, badly behaved, incompetent person is fraudulently placed in the administration so he/she considers him/herself as employed. At the same time, good charactered, well behaved people having documented, publicly displayed quality skills and knowledge, quality products and services in essential ingredients of economy with years of experience are unemployed. Is it justified? Credits must be given to such skills and knowledge, products and services. There are thousands of examples of people having been placed fraudulently, unable to answer relevant questions, not enhancing essential ingredients of the economy, and getting work credits unfairly. How should a quota in the state or outside the state be allotted? Quota per person in active work. Quota per person in occasional active work. Quota per person not in active work. Those in active work need communications, work equipment, printing needs, postal needs, public transportation as per need. Quota per person through ration card in the state and outside the state. All people in and outside the state need food, clothing, housing, health care, security, and education. This is relevant to Kashmir (J&K) as of November 1, 2011. People in state cabinet and those who reinforce them should know they have been placed fraudulently. They are incompetent. Their directives are invalid. State Service Selection Board and state general administrative department workers should update their skills and knowledge. Workers who can answer relevant questions should be promoted. What department in or outside the state should enlist skills and knowledge, products and services in essential ingredients of the economy? Ideally, State department of economy and budget should fulfill these duties. Other departments also can fulfill these duties partly or fully. |
