On September 21, 2011, a statement attributed to the director of the state board of education mentions school timing within the city area from 9 am to 3 pm, as if there are no schools in other areas of state and outside the state. First preference to school education from pre-school to 12th grade should be given to a question-and-answer curriculum in the English language relevant to English language, social studies, math, and science. |
