Environmental stressors

Some examples of environmental stressors include: noise, air pollution, crowding, traffic congestion, terrorism, natural disasters and extremes of temperature. Studies on the effect of different environmental stressors on people indicate that they can impact people's behavior, mood, cognitive function, physical health and/or psychological well-being.
