Human physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. Sexual activity is not included in physical exercise.

    Aerobic exercises
    Anaerobic exercises
What is an aerobic exercise?

It is an exercise that increases the need for oxygen.

Aerobic activities include: walking, biking, jogging, swimming, and aerobic classes. Anaerobic activities are short in duration and high in intensity.

Anaerobic activities include: weight training exercises, hill climbing, stair climbing, racquetball, weightlifting, sprinting, softball, soccer, and football.
