What is Speech? What is voice? What is language? What is communication? What is the Difference Between Speech and Language? What is Speech? Speech is the physical production of sound using our tongue, lips, palate and respiratory system to communicate ideas. In the context of my profession, speech is the physical process by which we verbalize language. It is a method of communication that uses voice and coordinated movements of the speech articulators (tongue, lips, jaw, teeth etc.). When we speech pathologists refer to the term speech we are referring to three things: articulation/phonological skills, speech fluency and voice. •Physically produce the individual sounds and sound patterns of his/her language (Articulation). •Produce speech with appropriate rhythm, and free of Stuttering behavior. •Produce speech with an appropriate vocal quality for his/her age and sex. |
Freedom of speech is the political right to communicate one's opinions and ideas. The term freedom of expression is sometimes used synonymously, but includes any act of seeking, receiving and imparting information or ideas, regardless of the medium used.
The right to freedom of expression is recognized as a human right under Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and recognized in international human rights law in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). |

Speech
Asif Qureshi Founder Global Democratic Party Once I give a presentation, speech or meeting or even start a conversation, I usually state, “If you have questions, or don't understand something, please let me know.” Regional and structural variations exist in English. Understanding English language is essential. Some inexperienced English professors and institutions are either incompetent or unaware of these regional and structural variations. Friends, comrades and fellow Americans: I greet you all in the name of freedom for all, democracy, rights protection and justice. Transparent system in a World in which safety, security, needs, interests, values and the rights of all are protected. Usually, once I end a presentation, speech, meeting or conversation, I close my conversation with, “Do you have any questions for me?” I once came across a question: If you were guaranteed honest responses to any three questions, who would you question and what would you ask him or her? I would question Bill Clinton, George Bush. When Skylab Politics was on the verge of disaster, I garnered political training and orientation as to the dynamics of how to look after the safety, security, needs, values and rights of people. And you dunderheads weren't at all living in the real world dynamics and were goofing around and womanizing. Once I raised issues, I got a response from Bill Clinton, who asserted that there are some issues the even he doesn't know how such things work. If he doesn't know, he shouldn't have accepted the duty and responsibility to serve. In the early ‘90s I was offered to form an administration in Kashmir. I didn't accept this duty and responsibility as harms were been inflicted on the region from elsewhere. I can't make a commitment to serve and then not fulfill that commitment. Later, when the central government, or federal government, in India was without a head, I was offered the responsibility to form a government there. Even in Pakistan, due to facts, Kashmiris are been pulled and pushed from both sides. You are mine, you are mine. At the same time, you dunderheads, on ground you are doing weapons proliferation and _______. You know that this is going to lead to disaster between Muslims and Hindus in South Asia. Is this what Jesus Christ preached? Is this what your colleges and universities have taught you? You war mongering and trouble making criminal white pests, what punishment ________? The American military and the world military, including the CIA, are waiting for assent. We'll mutiny? Do you know that once the American military and world military mutiny, what will happen? 50 American states. 50 American presidents. 50 different passports from each state. 50 federal supreme courts of America. In America and worldwide, what are the issues? What are the different solutions? What is the best solution? Vividly, this is precisely the same as has been displayed, claimed, submitted and presented at the proper venue and to the Federal Election Commission of the United States of America, and their counterparts elsewhere under the banner and pretext of a global democratic party. Why a third party in the United States of America? Because the legislators and policymakers who had the duties and responsibilities to serve have failed to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. In case they and other parties worldwide pick up the vision, mission, goals and manifesto of the global democratic party, I have so many other issues and things to do. Do you have any questions for me? |
