I dispute these claims on the grounds that the city of Chicago had a deficiency of services. The notice was sent to an incorrect address, during which time the amount doubled. I did not receive the notice until they took unilateral action. My responsibility was to update my address with the Secretary of State. From my side, good faith attempts were made, while giving a valid defense. However, the attorney/firm hired by the city wasn't competent enough to resolve the issue and lacked the skills and knowledge necessary to resolve this dispute. I have counter-claims against them. There is a lack of skills and knowledge and a deficiency of services on their part, which is putting others into tremendous harm and causing great hardship, which has resulted in individualized harm for me. This advanced course is designed to assist anyone that needs to manage criminal investigations. In order for any criminal investigation to be successful, the case must be organized and presented as a successful prosecution. Investigative supervisors often have a myriad of cases to review, categorize, assign, and monitor at any given time. Missed leads, duplicated services and mismanaged information can all tend to weaken the credibility of a case. Managing Criminal Investigations will provide direction in all of these areas. The documentation and recovery of physical evidence associated with a large geographical crime scene can be a daunting task. Man - Made, and Natural Disasters can pose various unique situations not commonly encountered during criminal investigations. The purpose of this course is to familiarize first responding officers and investigators on the process of securing, documenting and processing a large geographical crime scene. There will be discussions to include implementing an effective incident command system, obtaining necessary resources and overcoming many unexpected obstacles associated with investigating a large geographical event. Other topics to be addressed include the different levels of scene containment, searching methodologies, and several case studies involving urban, rural and aquatic crime scene investigations. However, the attorney/firm hired by the city wasn't competent enough to resolve the issue and lacked the skills and knowledge necessary to resolve this dispute. I have counter-claims against them. There is a lack of skills and knowledge and a deficiency of services on their part, which is putting others into tremendous harm and causing great hardship, which has resulted in individualized harm for me.
