What are the skills and knowledge required for this job? What are the duties and responsibilities of this job? Some of these procedures include: Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) (EVAR) Thoracic aortic aneurysm (TEVAR) Complex aortic aneurysm (fenestrated) Peripheral angiography Carotid angioplasty and stenting (CAS) Peripheral arterial disease (PAD)/intermittent claudication Venous Disorders We also perform traditional (open) vascular surgery, including carotid endarterectomy, and specialize in Vein Surgery and Treatment. We offer the latest and most advanced surgical and non-surgical treatment options for venous diseases, such as: Blood clots Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) Phlebitis Chronic venous insufficiency We provide the latest techniques and innovative approaches for the relief of painful varicose veins and undesirable "spider veins.” Treatment options may include: Sclerotherapy Closure procedures, including VNUS and laser Phlebectomy
