On August 2, 2019, the chief electoral officer of Kashmir called for deliberations. What needs to be accomplished immediately? Complaints have been filed against specific individuals who caused irreparable harms of others. These specific individuals must be expelled from specific political parties or the political parties should be banned. Individuals against whom complaints have been filed for causing irreparable harms of others: Omar Abdullah-expel from the National Conference on or after August 1, 2019, due to irreparable harms of others. Mehbooba Mufti-Âexpel from PDP on or after August 1, 2019, due to irreparable harms of others. Further punishments may be warranted depending on the harms. |

Delimitation issues

What is delimitation? Delimitation literally means the act of fixing the boundaries of constituencies. One declaration was that the constitution was amended to freeze the delimitation until 2026. Why did this delimitation proceed if the delimitation was frozen until 2026? Why are elections in Kashmir not conducive on or after August 1, 2022? 1. Some banned political parties, like the National Conference, have inflicted irreparable harms on others and have to be discarded and banned. 2. The Global Party with a planet symbol, founded by Dr. Asif Qureshi, has to be on the ballot. Any sabotage will have sanctions on the entity. 3. Suitable candidates are not available. 4. At this point, a time period has to be defined during which the candidates have to be educated first. What is expected of you? How is public service performance measured? 5. The delimitation process is not complete, and apparently what was done is not acceptable to people. There have been immediate complaints from Srinagar, Baramullah, and other locations.
