The situation is not good for elections.
Suitable candidates are not available in the state or outside the state. There should be no elections.

We need an alternative civilized political party in the state.
The government department in the state and outside the state remains, even if there are no elections, so there is no need for elections.

What are the indications of ongoing election frauds at the central or federal, county, city, and state levels?
1. They exclude candidates from campaign financing, such as independent candidates or candidates from the Global Party, whose founder is Dr. Asif Qureshi.
2. They exclude candidates from registration.
3. They make unreasonable excuses to exclude genuine candidates and parties party, like the Global Party and its founder Dr. Asif Qureshi.
4. They help individuals infiltrate the system to sabotage any progress made.
5. They target, persecute, oppress, and the deprive rights of well-wishers and supporters.
6. They plant suspicious electronic voting machines to enhance frauds.
7. They manipulate election systems in such a way to enhance frauds.
8. They place dishonest officers to enhance frauds. Such officers should be terminated from service, with further proceedings, on or after April 3, 2024.
9. They block communications.
10. They use short notice tricks that are circulated to sabotage the due process.
11. They grab financial resources, give out fraudulent contracts, implement fraudulent projects, and fraudulently control administration without having problem-solving skills relevant to the job, none of which is justified.
12. They twist and turn the election process to carry out their nefarious fraudulent plans, which is not fair or justified.
13. They have implemented exclusionary tricks to enhance their nefarious, sinful, villainous, criminal, and wicked goals.
14. They get involved in fraudulent fundraising efforts, bribes, and corruption while harming others, which is not justified.
15. They get involved in financial crimes. The bank accounts of all political parties in India need to be frozen on or after April 3, 2024, and the money should be transferred to victims. A new start has to be initiated. There are many victims of their financial crimes.
16. Punishment of senior officers involved in the crimes, including those from the election commission, should proceed.
17. On March 31, 2024, this was circulated. Members of Parliament or those nominated for Lok Sabha face criminal charges in India. Approximately 25 percent have declared serious criminal cases, with charges of murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, and crimes against women slapped on them as well as various other serious harms on others. On or after April 10, 2024, all such entities need to be disqualified with further punishment. On or after June 4, 2024, if any among them are fraudulently elected, it will not be acceptable. Declare fraudulent, disputed elections.
